What you'll do
- Ship product fully end-to-end. From designing the system and data models to building the interface and polishing the experience.
- Full autonomy on the solution. We lead with context and trust you to build the best answer. Understand the problem, ship the fix.
- Work directly with customers. No middlemen, no week-long feedback loops. Talk to a customer, open a PR, ship the fix within hours.
What we look for
- 4+ years of full-stack experience.
- Built products or large features fully end-to-end.
- Comfortable across React, Python, Postgres, and Clickhouse.
- Obsessive about quality, in both UX and code.
- Prefer in-person work over remote.
What we offer
$180K to $240K + equity
0.5% to 0.85% equity.
