Challenge
The Serax team wanted to avoid inaccurate attribution through browser conversion tracking for Meta, Google Ads, and Pinterest.
Besides the standard ecommerce events, >20 custom events had to be tracked across the website to provide a full overview of customer behavior in GA4 and Klaviyo.
Serax had complex tracking requirements related to a wide range of products, sets and designer categories, as well as registry and wishlist functionality.
